Can I have advertisements?

Yes, as long as they are not obscene in nature.
Advertising can not be primary purpose of the website.

When does my website have to be up?

Two weeks from the day I send your hosting information.

Can I install my own scripts?

Definitely. If necessary, just request a MySQL database.

What if I just need storage or bandwidth?

Find another host! So Pink accounts are to be used for developing websites. Your resources must only be used for the website(s) hosted with So Pink.

Guidelines

1. It must be on the first page of your website.
2. It must be present at all times.
3. You must use the entire required code.
4. You may not change the required code in any way.
5. You can not substitute anything for the required code.

Account Removal

Removal Process

1. You are notified of the pending removal
2. Access to your account is suspended
3. A backup may be requested
4. All data and settings are removed
5. Your account is redirected to So Pink

Warning System

You start with 3 warnings.
I perform sweeps to check for broken rules. You receive one warning per sweep. I will notify you of the warning, what it is for, and how to fix it. If the broken rule(s) is not fixed in 3 days, you will receive another warning. After the third warning, your account will be removed.

Inactivity

You must update your website at least twice a month. A communicated hiatus can last for up to one month. Failure to remain active kick-starts the Removal Process.

Cancellation

As soon as I find out you plan to discontinue your service with So Pink, I start the Removal Process. I do not allow accounts to simply redirect traffic.

My Request

On rare occasions, I simply no longer wish to host someone. This is not a negotiable situation. But, an executive decision to initiate the Removal Process.
